If you have the 54” Deere front mounted Heavy Duty Snowblower and you want to eliminate the pavement abrasion and surface grinding of the steel wear bar, our UHMW wear bar is custom cut for perfect fit for this blower.
3” Wide, 1.25” thick, this wear bar is nearly 5x the thickness of the OEM Mild Steel Wear bar. Our wear bar is 53.5” long and precision cut with computer controlled laser guided cutting machines. This wear bar is double sided and has two rows of mounting holes so the wear bar can be flipped over when the first side wear bar is worn down. Bar comes complete with stainless hardware to install on the Deere 54” Heavy Duty Blower.
The UHMW is a very low friction, high density, very strong and self lubricating plastic product which is the most wear resistant plastic produced. It’s ideal for replacing the steel pavement grinding parts of your snowblower such as the wear bar under the blower and the shoes to prevent damage to the asphalt and concrete, which happens when the steel edge grinds on the pavement.
Our UHMW wear bar bolts right into the existing mounting holes in your H.D. Blowers wear bar location. Our wear bar even includes the stainless steel hardware to mount this bar on your blower.

The Heavy Duty Blower uses the front 3 point hitch to connect to the tractor. It does not use the standard quick tach hitch. If you have a 54” snowblower which has the front 3 point hitch, you have the Heavy Duty Blower. If you have a 54” snowblower and it connects to the tractor with the standard front Quick Tach Hitch, you have a Standard Duty blower and it uses our standard duty blower wear bar.
If you aren’t sure which blower you have, simply take a picture of the blowers tag with the bar code and or the blowers connection to the tractor and send it to us, we will match you up to the correct low friction snowblower parts.
