This Heavy Duty Plow Rubber is our very popular middle level product for either the Deere 54” or the Deere 60” Front Mounted snow plow. This edge is specifically for those plow owners who want a superior rubber edge to our Standard Duty plow rubber edge.

Why the Heavy Duty Rubber Plow Edge/Kit?

This Heavy Duty Edge is thicker and a more robust edge designed specifically to provide a longer wear life. Perfect for the plow owner who is plowing their own and several other driveways or perhaps portions of private or HOA roads, etc. Our Heavy Duty Plow Rubber will last about 25% longer than our Standard Duty Plow Rubber.

• Our 4” tall, 3/4” thick, 54” Long H.D. plow rubber edge specifically cut to fit the 54” Deere Front Plow Blades

60” Deere Front Plow Heavy Duty Rubber Edge/Kit

• Our 6” tall, 3/4” thick, 60” Long H.D. plow rubber edge specifically cut to fit the 60” Deere Front Plow Blades

• Our H.D. Rubber edge for the 60” Plow is 50% thicker than our Standard rubber plow edge for this same plow.

• The edge kit includes the precision cut rubber edge, the mounting strap and the corrosion resistant hardware.

The “Edge” or the “Kit” for the 54” or 60” Plow?

• The “Edge” includes the rubber edge for the plow selected and the Corrosion Resistant Hardware Set.

• The “Kit” includes the rubber edge for the plow selected, the UHMW Mounting Strap to properly secure the plow edge and the Corrosion Resistant Hardware set.

• Those who have been using our rubber plow edge and need a replacement, should order the Edge and save the cost of the UHMW strap as they should already have it.

• Important Point, the steel plow edge strap from the 54” plow can be used to hold the rubber edge on that plow. However, you can NOT use the steel plow edge from the 60” Deere plow as its too wide and not made where it can be used to secure the rubber plow edge.

• Those who are switching from the Steel Plow Edge to our Heavy Duty Rubber edge for either the 54” or 60” Deere plows, are best served to purchase our Plow Edge KIT, to have everything you need to install the rubber edge on your plow.
