This is the entire kit to transform your Frontier AF11E 84" wide plow from the OEM steel edge, to the Pavement Protection Rubber Edge Kit. This kit includes the following parts

• A laser cut rubber edge, 6" tall, 3/4" thick and 84" long which has the OEM part number 5FPLAF9996.

• A laser cut, steel mounting strap, as shown in the photos, to properly secure the rubber plow edge to the plow moldboard once the steel plow edge is removed.

• Corrosion resistant coated hardware to install the new plow edge and mounting strap, This includes (7) of the 1/2" x 3" Specialty Cap Screws, (7) of our 1/2" fender washers and (7) of our 1/2" -13 Lock Nuts to properly secure the edge

This kit will allow you to remove the OEM Steel plow edge and replace the edge with a rubber edge which will prevent the pavement abrasion and damage caused by the steel plow edges.

SBS Heavy Duty AF11E Rubber Edge Plow Kit

Designed to accommodate those with a high plowing demand on surfaces which already have some surface damage. Bottom line, the pavement condition is far from being smooth and "like new". Our Heavy Duty Rubber Edge Kit offers a double layer plow edge, totaling 1" thick on the plowing surface, instead of the standard 3/4" rubber material.

This double edge provides improved cleaning results on uneven and "rough" pavement surfaces. Yet its strong enough to tolerate the extra demands of plowing on a rough pavement. This edge also includes the vertical laser cut adjustments for the plow so the edge can be adjusted as wear occurs.

When the first side of the rubber edges is worn down, simply unbolt the metal strap, flip over the rubber edge, adjust it as described in the instructions and start over with a brand new rubber edge pair. Our kit gives you the ability to use BOTH sides of our rubber plow edges to maximize the useful life of our plow edge kits.

Since we are using a thicker rubber edge, we increase the size of the metal strap to secure the rubber edges to the plow. The additional width and thickness provides extra clamping strength to assure long and trouble free plowing use. Our Heavy Duty Kit also comes with the corrosion resistant hardware to reduce rust and corrosion on the bolts.

For those with EXTREME PLOWING CONDITIONS, we offer our SBS Frontier AF11E Extreme Edge Kit. This kit includes the following

1. Your choice of a 1" thick rubber edge or (2) 1/2" thick rubber edges, mounted together on your plow.

2. We upgrade the Plow strap to our UHMW Poly material, to remove the metal edge from the kit. The UHMW Poly Strap won't ever rust or corrode. Our UHMW Strap is laser cut to use the same square shank, specialty cap screw hardware for easier installation.

3. All of our hardware is upgraded to Stainless Steel, which is the Premium Hardware you can purchase. This hardware will never rust or corrode and will provide a lifetime of use. Stainless hardware must be used correctly and directions followed to avoid possible galling of the bolts. Please see our installation instructions for details.

4. In summary, our Extreme Kit has 25% More rubber edge thickness, our mounting straps are made of UHMW and are double PLUS the thickness of the OEM straps for maximum holding / clamping power. Our hardware is Stainless Steel and won't rust or corrode.

• Medical Facility or Municipal Facility clearing equipment where extensive amounts of snow melt product are used to keep the pavement "wet" and clear of snow and ice.
