BOSS makes a great plow but it needs a custom made rubber edge to protect the pavement and not cause any abrasion damage. This is the answer.
We custom cut all of our plow edges and out mounting straps on computer controlled laser or water jet cutting machines to produce a superior product which will take your Boss plow to the next level. Our kit comes complete with the following
1- 60” wide rubber plow edge 6” tall and 3/4” thick which is Double Sided
1- Custom machined UHMW Plow Edge Mounting Strap for maximum edge support
Full Set of Corrosion Resistant Hardware of 5- 1/2” Carriage bolts with flat washers and Nylock Nuts
Our Plow edge is machined with vertical adjustment slots to give you a wear edge which is double sided and allows for full adjustment in either vertical installation. When the first wear edge wears, you can adjust the wear edge to maintain the perfect amount of rubber below the plow moldboard.
Our UHMW Mounting Straps are 1” thick, 1.75” wide and cut with square holes to properly secure the carriage bolt hardware. Our UHMW straps can’t rust, won’t bend and won’t be easily damaged as this is some TOUGH stuff. We even machine our mounting straps to provide some end of plow edge protection for when the plow is angled. Never needs to be painted or powder coated, the straps are a solid black color.
Our hardware is a full set of premium corrosion resistant hardware designed to allow for easy installation and easy future adjustments. Our hardware is more expensive than “regular plow hardware” but it also won’t be a rusty mess down the road.
We build a premium rubber plow edge product which is perfect for a premium plow such as the Boss Plow. When a great plow gets an outstanding rubber edge with the custom designed and machined UHMW Mounting strap and premium hardware, you have a kit which will clean the pavement, protect the surface from abrasion, looks outstanding on the plow and produces a great snow clearing experience.

Custom made edges and kits usually require 8 to 10 business days to produce and send to our customers. We produce all customers products in the order they are received.
