This product is specifically for the following Frontier AF10F Plow Owners;

• You already have either the Urethane edge kit or rubber edge on your plow.

• You want to replace the worn plow edge

• Your plow already has the steel mounting strap for use with either the Rubber or Urethane edge kit.

• Your Plow does not currently use the steel plow edge. *

This Kit is the EXTREME Edge Kit for those who want to provide the MAXIMUM RUBBER EDGE Surface on the pavement. This is Ideal for those who

1. Clear Snow Commercially and or use their Plow Extensively

2. Plow in very heavy volumes, such as using the plow for 150+ Hours of snow clearing per season.

3. Clears Snow on a variety of uneven or rough surfaces

4. Those who use their plow for Municipalities, Hospitals, Medical Centers, where pavement clearing is often, is done in large volumes and which places the greatest demand on the plowing equipment.

5. Our standard edge kit is 3/4” thick x 6” tall and weighs 14 lbs

6. Our Double Layer Edge Kit is 1” thick using (2) layers which are each 1/2” thick and combined, weigh nearly 20 lbs

7. Our EXTREME EDGE KIT is 1.5” thick, using two of the standard 3/4” thick rubber plow edges mounted together weigh nearly 28 pounds.

8. If you want to buy the rubber plow edge which is designed for daily snow clearing and high volumes of use for extended snow clearing sessions, this is the edge kit for you.

9. Please note, this edge kit will still allow for great surface clearing and last for many, many years of use. This is the Major League plow edge kit for those who are the Heaviest Hitters when using their Frontier AF10F kit.

10. Designed to be used often, used in rough conditions and used by operators of various skills levels. A Plow edge 1.5” thick which is only 60” long needs to be strong enough to last, but flex enough to work. This is why we use these two edges together. A single rubber edge this thick would be very rough to use and would cause the plow to bounce and skip. This combination is built to perform and be as tough as possible while still working properly.

This is for the owners of Frontier AF10F Plows who already have the Edge Kit and want to replace just the rubber plow edge material. While we offer the complete kits to transition your plow from the steel plow edge to this rubber edge, this listing is simply for the replacement edge material itself.

This Is our EXTREME DUTY, DOUBLE layer edge product which is

• 6” tall, (2) layers EACH 3/4” thick for a total width on the pavement of 1.5” for snow clearing.

• Still 60” in length from end to end

• These edges are both Double sided which means they can BOTH be flipped over when the first side of each edge is worn.

• This provides 4x to 5x the wear life of a single edge product.

• Professionally machine cut with installation slots for easy adjustment and installation of this edge.

• If you would prefer to have the installation holes in the material instead of the mounting slots, please contact us. We can custom cut an edge for you with the mounting holes. Just understand that the individual mounting holes make adjustments as the edge wears limited to the “next” mounting hole only.

• One advantage of the mounting slots is the ability to keep the wear edge level on the pavement as the material is used. This is harder to achieve with fixed holes, however, some owners prefer fixed holes and we can produce those upon request. Use the “contact us” form.

In order to use this rubber edge, you must already have the steel mounting strap, which is John Deere part number 5WP1044246 which is the steel mounting plate. If you already have the Urethane Edge Kit from Frontier and need to replace the worn out edge material, this is the rubber edge material we make to perfectly fit your plow.

This Kit Includes the following;

• (2) Replacement Plow Edges EACH, which is 6” tall, 3/4” thick totaling 1.5” of rubber plow edge on the pavement

• Both edges are 60” long.

• (6) Marine Grade Stainless Steel Carriage Bolts 3’’ long

• (6) Marine Grade Stainless Steel Flat Washers

• (6) Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nylock Nuts for properly securing the new plow edge.

• (2) of The Best Rubber Plow Edges totaling 1.5” of edge thickness, which is triple the rubber width of the OEM 1/2” thick rubber edge from Frontier.

This is the replacement edge only. It does not include the mounting strap to secure the plow rubber. You can NOT use the steel wear edge as the mounting strap as it is too long for the plow edge.
