This Standard Duty Rubber Plow edge kit, replaces the steel plow edge on your Frontier AF12D and AF12G front end loader mounted plows for Frontier blades which are 96” wide.

Your plow is heavy and weighs almost 1,200 pounds. The weight of the plow and the type of use you intend for the plow is very important in this process. In order to provide you the best rubber plow edge product solution, we will

• Ask questions about your planned use of the blade to best match the rubber edge to your snow clearing needs.

• We will send you questions via email about your snow clearing needs and if you have special concerns, ask you to provide photos or details about these concerns.

Special concerns in your pavement clearing tasks could include

• brand new pavement surfaces which are fragile the first year of snow clearing

• pavement which needs surface repairs and is uneven and rough

• pavement which has undergone extensive surface repairs which you want to avoid damaging, such as pothole repairs, crack filling and other pavement repairs

• blended surfaces where you are clearing concrete, asphalt, crushed aggregate, gravel or other surfaces in combination with one another.

To provide you with the best solution, we will

• Laser cut this edge for a precise fit

• We will want you to verify your plow’s dimensions before production begins.

• We will ask questions about your plowing use and the surfaces targeted for the plows use

• Want to know what is prompting this change to your plow edge at this time. ( examples often include having gotten new pavement, a desire to prevent surface abrasion to your current pavement, etc)

• We like to know what brand and model tractor is used to push the plow so we can match the edge to tractors weight and power.

• Square cut holes to hold the carriage bolt shanks

• Produced in (3) 32” long sections to make shipping easier and to avoid expensive oversize shipping surcharges

• The mounting strap made in in sections makes the installation and future adjustments easier as you won’t be wrestling with an 8’ long mounting strap.
