John Deere, Frontier RB2072 Rubber Plow Edge, Edge Kit for 3PH Plows

If you have a Frontier rear 3 point hitch plow and you want to use it to clear snow, this is an excellent standard duty kit. This kit includes everything you need to convert your plow from the dirt work for which it was built, to being a snow clearing blade which has excellent snow clearing capabilities.
This kit includes 1 double edge rubber plow squeegee’s for outstanding snow clearing results. The rubber squeegee is 3/4” thick and 6” tall and is custom machined to provide easy installation and vertical adjustment of the rubber edges.
Our standard duty kit, uses ONE, double sided rubber edge mounted to the plow by the 1/8” steel mounting strap.
When you install our kit, the rubber edge can be flipped over once worn and you have another entire rubber clearing edge. By using the one 3/4” rubber edges our rubber edge has excellent strength to support the plows weight, as this is a heavy 3ph plow.
The Frontier RB2072 Plow is a heavy plow and needs a strong rubber edge to properly clean the pavement. This kit is the Standard Duty Kit, which provides a total of 3/4” of rubber clearing width on the pavement. The single rubber edge is secured with the custom machined 1/8” thick metal strap, for clamping strength. This kit converts the Frontier RB2072 3ph plow from dirt clearing, to a solid, snow clearing implement.
The Standard Edge kit, includes a full set of 5/8” x 2.5” Galvanized Bolts, 5/8” galvanized flat washers and 5/8”galvanized lock washers, all secured with galvanized 5/8” nuts. The Hot Galvanized Dipped hardware has high corrosion resistance and is an excellent choice for use on our standard duty plow edges.
Kit is complete as shown with the following components;
1 - 3/4” thick x 6” tall custom machined rubber squeegee edge.
1- 1/8” Mounting strap, machined for vertical and horizontal adjustment, the strap is cut in half for easier installation and shipping of the kit.
10 - Hot Dipped Galvanized 5/8” Carriage bolts, 2.5” long, with galvanized washers, galvanized lock washers and galvanized nuts for secure installation.
